President's Message

Once again the tradition of the El Paso County Fair continues. There have been many hurdles to overcome to bring the fair to you. It is my sincere wish that the fair be enjoyed by all. Association members have put in many hours to make this year's El Paso County Fair a success.

It is the Association's mission to "Provide a county fair for the youth of El Paso and surrounding areas participating in 4-H, FFA and other civic youth organizations. The county fair should bring the youth of this area together to enhance their abilities, skills, promote self-esteem, competitiveness, honesty, responsibility while providing a venue for scholarships and education".

With this mission in mind we hope that everyone who participates in the El Paso County Fair has a positive experience while visiting with us. So on behalf of the Association Officers, Board of Directors, and our Sponsors we would like to welcome you to this year's events.

Enjoy the Fair,

Nikki Boutwell, President
